Highly effective, dedicated teachers are integral to Kingsman Academy's work. We hire general education and special education teachers who are highly qualified, passionate about working with students, energetic, and willing to go above and beyond to support student achievement. Successful candidates must believe that all students can achieve excellence.

Dynamic, accountable leadership is crucial to Kingsman Academy. The school recruits leaders who can help manage, guide, and support faculty and staff as they work to fulfill the school's mission. Leaders must have relevant experience in urban school settings, preferably with students with a wide range of learning, behavioral and emotional challenges.

Achieving the Kingsman Academy mission requires the work of personnel committed to providing students with the additional supports they need to be successful in the classroom and beyond. Areas of support include special education, tiered intervention to improve academic and behavioral outcomes, clinical and other related services, and operational support.
