All board meetings will take place by teleconference from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM unless otherwise noted. As necessary, the board may also meetings by phone. All meetings, including phone meetings, are open to the public, although the Board may enter into Executive Session to discuss confidential or sensitive matters. Board meetings may be rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or relocated at the discretion of the chairperson.  

Beginning with the October 29th, 2020 board meeting, all board meetings will be recorded. If you wish to receive a recording of a board meeting, please email info@kingsmanacademy.org and include your name and contact information in the request.
